Abstract Submission

Instructions

• Deadline to submit abstracts: February 28, 2026

• Notification of the presenting author of the decision on abstract acceptance: March 7, 2026

• Abstracts should be prepared in English, using the template available below, following all the instructions there included. One A4 page max. Presenting author name underlined.

• Submit the abstract in the Participant Area. This platform can be accessed after Registration (here) is filled.

• Indicate the type of presentation (oral or poster) and the scientific area, Inorganic Chemistry or Bioinorganic Chemistry.

• Abstracts can be submitted or edited until the submission deadline.

• Each registered author can only submit ONE abstract. The number of abstracts submitted as co-author with other registered authors is unlimited.

• Registration of at least one author is mandatory. Abstracts of authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted.

• After registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account, after that you can login at Participant Area.

• If you do not receive an email confirming the submission of the abstract or registration, please verify the spam box or contact the conference secretariat.
